• In this eight-session lab, teams will learn and practice evidence-based strategies - from neuroscience, lifestyle medicine, psychology and behavior change - to strengthen their biology for optimal performance and meaningful impact.

  • Interconnected crises of climate, inequality, health and finance require exceptional leadership – one that not only creates “high” impact, but “wise” impact.

Wise impact is the ability of leaders to do two things -

    - Navigate crises and uncertain business environments without burning themselves out.

    - Build resilient companies that go beyond just “sustainability” towards “net-positive” outcomes for the economy and planet

In this eight-session lab we explore the the ability to harness the body’s renewable source of energy and make the best moment-moment decisions. In this course, present and future leaders will:

    - Learn a new model of wellbeing to enhance creativity, performance and energy while preventing burnout.

    - Integrate the latest scientific practices for physical, mental, emotional and social resilience.

    - Use food systems to understand the interdependence of personal, business and planetary sustainability.

    - Shift mindsets to align business with purpose.

They will have a clear plan integrated into their everyday lives and business, as wise impact leaders.

  • Even prior to the pandemic, workplace wellbeing was deteriorating with rising levels of stress and burnout. The pandemic has accelerated an epidemic of mental health issues (such as anxiety, depression, loneliness) and the global burden lifestyle-related chronic disease (such as obesity, diabetes, heart disease, cancer etc).

Thought leaders and organizations recognize the need for greater resilience, the “how” is often less clear.

Resilience is our ability to respond to adversity & crisis effectively, adaptively and efficiently. In other words, it’s our ability to not just bounce back to baseline after a challenge, but to “bounce better” – to grow and learn from the experience in ways that are impactful for our work-life and personal development.

In this 7 part course, present and future leaders will:

Understand how the body and brain respond to chronic stress and burnout – and the impacts on health, focus, creativity, decision-making and relationships

Use evidence-based scientific strategies to build mental, emotional and social resilience including the science of mindfulness and compassion

Integrate resilience skills individually and on their teams to boost productivity, collaboration, and buffer against burnout

  • In this new world order defined by how cultures, mindsets, motivations and wants will be shifting, we need to calibrate and define an evolution in all facets of how to lead.  This session offers seven traits and perspectives for leaders to learn from for the new normal.

“Lean into this new moment of change, and see if the culture you build can define the next generation of process, people, and profit for the business, as well as personally for how you can step up and lead in the new normal.”

In this session we look for guidance from a plethora of thinkers including Charles Handy, Mary Parker Follett, Jim Collins, Laszlo Bock, and a variety of leaders such as Jacinda Ardern, Kobe Bryant, Sundar Pichai, and Virgil Abloh.

  • This session has a provocative evolution of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs to a Hierarchy of Wants, as the ultimate decision tree that captures the power shift of how this new workforce chooses which company it wants to work for, and why.

“The fact that the power shift is moving, is going to give even more focus on how companies can design systems, clarify purpose, build cultures, and re-orient their posture, to satisfy the wants of this generation to be more attractive and connected today, and into the future.”

In this session we define how companies can win in this new shift of power and we are inspired by thinkers including Abraham Maslow, Simon Sinek, Howard Schultz, Yvon Chouinard, and businesses including The Container Store, Warby Parker, Whole Foods, Netflix, and Cargill.

  • In the Fifth Industrial Revolution culture will change forever.  As the workforce leads the change in industry, the workplace, and their professional lives, the notion of how cultures are built will be reinvented.  Here are six different perspectives that can help to unlock an evolved culture in the new normal.

“We will no longer see culture being built in the open-plan kitchens, with the on-site perks or unlimited snacks, or the need to always be together physically, by the ping-pong table or the arcade machine. Culture will be what binds organisations and their employees together, it will be the connective societal tissue of an organisation.”

In this session we look back to learn from the work of traditional management thinkers to look forward to a new model of thinking.

  • This is a groundbreaking tool that sheds light on inner barriers that we hold for ourselves. By uncovering and illuminating self-limiting beliefs, we can unlock a word of possibilities, cultivate a ‘can-do’ attitude, and accelerate personal growth.

Have you ever considered scripting truly audacious goals for yourself? Many do not because of a) fear of it (not happening or actually happening) or b) the length in time it might take. And if you have bold ideas for yourself, what is holding you back?

The invisible barrier identifier begins with the grandest vision for yourself and identifies self-imposed limitations.

By identifying and breaking through these illusional beliefs, we remove the internal barriers that hinder our progress and development. This tool fosters self-reflection and introspection, enabling us to recognise areas for improvement. Embracing a growth mindset, we leverage newfound confidence to navigate challenges and pursue our goals.

The invisible barrier identifier serves as a catalyst, propelling us towards our full potential and unlocking a future filled with fulfilment, success, and boundless possibilities.
